Create Your Account
Getting started with DirectCryptoPay takes less than two minutes. You can sign up using your email address, Google account, or even your Ethereum wallet.
Step 1: Visit the Dashboard#
Navigate to the DirectCryptoPay dashboard:
- Testnet (recommended for first-time setup): https://test-app.directcryptopay.com
- Mainnet (production): https://app.directcryptopay.com
Start with Testnet. We strongly recommend setting up and testing everything on testnet first. You can use test tokens at no cost to verify your integration before going live.
Step 2: Sign Up#
DirectCryptoPay supports three authentication methods:
Email (Magic Link)#
- Enter your email address
- Click "Sign In"
- Check your inbox for the magic link email
- Click the link to access your dashboard
No password needed. Each time you sign in, you receive a fresh magic link.
Google OAuth#
- Click "Continue with Google"
- Select your Google account
- You are redirected to the dashboard
Wallet (Sign-In With Ethereum)#
- Click "Connect Wallet"
- Your wallet extension (MetaMask, Rabby, etc.) will prompt a signature request
- Sign the message to authenticate
- You are redirected to the dashboard
Step 3: Secure Your Account#
After signing in for the first time, we recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to protect your account. Go to Settings > Security to set it up with Google Authenticator, Authy, or any TOTP-compatible app. See Account Security (2FA) for details.
Step 4: Your Dashboard#
Once signed in, you land on the merchant dashboard. From here you can:
- View payments -- Monitor incoming transactions in real time
- Create payment tools -- Generate payment links and buttons
- Configure integrations -- Set up one-liner widget presets
- Manage webhooks -- Configure server-to-server notifications
- Team management -- Invite team members with role-based access
- Account security -- Enable 2FA and manage recovery codes
- Billing -- Manage your subscription plan

Getting Testnet Tokens#
To test payments on testnet, you need test tokens:
- Sepolia ETH: https://sepoliafaucet.com
- Sepolia USDC: https://faucet.circle.com
